Jan Unruh
Jan has delivered Influence Options workshops for over twenty years. She has personally witnessed the transformation that can take place with individuals, teams and businesses when people learn to deliver a clear and specific message with respect, genuineness, and empathy.
Jan was a Human Resources Manager and Learning and Development Business Partner at Tektronix for eighteen years, Norm Thompson for five and has been at Nike for nine years. She has consulted for non-profit and Fortune 500 companies. For several years, Jan was an adjunct faculty member at Portland State University and Portland Community College delivering classes in influencing, conflict resolution and change management.
Jan is married with two adult children and four grandchildren. She and her husband, Mikell enjoy traveling, golf and volunteering for animal rescue organizations.
