Eva Todd is owner of Compass Consulting, which helps organizations direct the power and potential of people through services in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training, and Business Transition Management. Eva takes a solution-oriented approach with a focus on impacting organizational effectiveness and business results through people.
Drawing upon her extensive background in Human Resources, Eva enjoys helping companies create intentional corporate cultures that link programs, policies, training and management activities to the overall mission of the organization. Eva has led successful projects in many business climates from decline and closing to growth and transformation.
She is a distributor and trainer of Inscape Training programs, based upon the reliable DiSC® learning instrument and recently became a member of a small elite group of Influencing Options® trainers certified to teach their premier Influencing Skills and Managing for High Performance & Retention courses.
