Jan F. Brazzell
Jan F. Brazzell founded Advancement Consulting in 2001 to help not-for-profit leaders develop vibrant and productive organizations that change the world. She can help you raise more money; mount and manage a successful capital/endowment campaign; plan strategically and nimbly for the future; engage your board and strengthen its capacity to govern; and manage for higher performance and retention.
A veteran not-for-profit executive and community leader, Jan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients. She previously led the MultiCare Health Foundation as Executive Director and served as Vice President for Development and University Relations at Pacific Lutheran University. More than 40-plus organizations and businesses -- ranging from social services agencies to investment firms, social clubs to professional associations, providers of early childhood education to colleges, and zoos to the performing arts have engaged her consulting services. "I've enjoyed amazing successes, often against enormous odds; and, I've made more than my share of mistakes," Jan admits. "How wonderful to see my clients benefit from both!"
Valued by her clients for "intellectual, yet extremely practical, sensible strategies to advance performance," Jan prides herself in helping clients leverage their own unique resources and circumstances to move their organizations forward.
