Lynn A. Whipple
I'm an HR/OD professional by background and experience. I came into this field seeking opportunities to coach, train, counsel, lead and direct organizations and individuals in creating great places to work. I love helping people discover their talents and find creative ways to make impactful connections at work.
I love helping managers and organization leaders implement practices to more purposefully tap into the enormous capacities of the people they engage. I guess my strongest internal mantra is "it doesn't have to be this way" when I look at the disengaged hearts and minds of phenomenal people when they come to work. I love helping people and organizations explore options for a better work and life experience.
This is why I've worked through internal and external consulting roles in my career to develop unique abilities in talent identification, career coaching, high performance organization and management practices in addition to the Influencing Options courses. I've worked in large, multi-national organizations and in small to medium size organizations in high tech, natural healthcare, consumer products and non-profit sectors both as an HR professional and as a consultant.
