Melissa Jones Bio
In addition to delivering personal development training, Melissa
also serves as CEO of EverFile Systems, Inc., a company she founded
to help individuals permanently store and securely exchange career,
school, community service, and personal records via the Internet.
She relates her ongoing love of training to her work with EverFile
through two areas of focus: how definitions and presentations
of self develop and evolve, and lifetime personal career planning
and development. Melissa first learned about Influencing Options
while at Philips Semiconductors in the 1990s and decided, after
assisting Bob Weyant to train hundreds of employees within the
company, to become a certified trainer because of the positive
long-term results she witnessed. Her Influencing Options training
is geared toward independent business owners and professional
consultants who seek additional tools to help them deal with a
variety of existing as well as prospective clients as part of
their business development strategies. Melissa has a Ph.D. in
Transformative Studies, an emerging interdisciplinary field addressing
how individuals and groups can design effective change that supports
sustainable personal and inter-personal growth and development.
