Pat Lynch Bio
Pat Lynch, Ph.D., is Principal of HR Value, a consulting firm in Long Beach, CA that helps clients align employee performance with organizational goals. As an educator, researcher, public speaker, and management consultant, she provides her clients with practical advice, coaching, and training that enable them to optimize their business results. Dr. Lynch has more than fourteen years of consulting experience working with managers at all levels in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. A former university professor, Dr. Lynch has taught business courses such as compensation, labor relations, staffing, and training at the graduate and undergraduate levels. She has published articles in both academic and practitioner journals and presents regularly at academic and practitioner conferences. She earned a Ph.D. in personnel and employment relations, with a minor in employment law, following a career as a senior financial analyst for a major international corporation.
