Wendy, founder of Effective Options LLC, brings a practical, results directed approach, customized to every unique client. Her ultimate goal is to help you with the “people” and “process” sides of the equation so that you and your team can be more effective and achieve the results you want and need. She offers team building, training, and facilitation services to public, non-profit and private sector organizations.
Wendy successfully managed customer service organizations in the public sector for over 25 years, with 15 of those at the director level.
Her experience as a department director and as a small business owner provide her with a keen insight into the “real world” needs of her clients, as well as the interpersonal skills needed for effective training and facilitation of workshops.
Wendy earned her BS degree from the University of Nebraska and is Certified in Influencing Options, Effective Problem Solving, Managing for High Performance and Retention, Confrontation Without Being Confrontational, and Harrison Assessments. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development.
