Managing for High Performance and Retention

Description: Advanced Influencing Skills for leaders of teams and organizations. Participants learn how to create highly effective teams, balance accountability and respect when dealing with performance issues, prepare for formal and informal performance conversations. Practical, immediately usable tools and skills. Use them with your team tomorrow! (Note: 4 day course contains the entire Influencing Skills curriculum customized to a leadership audience.)

Typical Duration/Time: 4 days/32 hours (can be split into consecutive models or sections)
